About Stroll

Stroll Palm Beach magazines bring a sense of community to a variety of extremely prestigious and affluent neighborhoods throughout South Florida. Spotlight Magazine is one of the best vehicles for building presence throughout these hard to reach communities because of the connection we have personally built with our residents.

Benefits

  • The neighborhoods that receive Stroll magazines contain the highest concentration of wealth in the local economy.

  • The residents in our neighborhoods receive a lot of mail, and a lot of it gets thrown away. Spotlight is something that the residents look forward to receiving and read cover to cover every month.

  • Every picture, event, and article shared is strictly resident content. It is relevant and well-received because it is all about our community members and what is going on inside of our neighborhood!

  • This is the only magazine that reaches residents of all ages within the community; it connects the reader to their family and friends.

  • I personally cover the resident’s social events and all non-profit events. I attend many ultra-private resident events to capture all of the fun.

  • Here at Stroll Palm Beach, we host private events with the residents and sponsors in the magazine to build connections between both.  At one of our recent events, we had over 250 residents attend.

A Note From the Publisher

I want to take a moment to reacquaint myself with those of you who know me as the publisher and introduce myself to any new residents.

Family is not an important thing, It's everything. — I was born and raised in Long Island, NY, and moved to Boca Raton, FL, in 2014. Some of my family still live on Long Island, but I am lucky to have many who are now here in Florida too.

Exciting News! Last year, I got engaged to my fiancé, Danielle, and we are very excited to wed in July 2023!

Enough about me. I want to remind you of the first issue of this magazine. This first issue was the start of a new adventure! It went to print in 2016, and each month, it brings me more joy than the last.

I owe it to you, the residents of St. Andrews Country Club and Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, for reading and contributing content each month. If it were not for you, this would not be possible.

Although you do not see Spotlight on the cover of this issue, I am here to remind you that this is just a name change. It is the same publication you have been strolling through each month since inception, and I am the same publisher and owner you have come to know over the years.

Welcome to the future of your private neighborhood publication. Our focus will remain on sharing the resident stories, photos, and happenings you've come to expect and enjoy.

A "stroll" in the neighborhood has always brought me a sense of relaxation. A "stroll" is never rushed and allows the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings, wave hello, get to know a neighbor (or two), and hear their stories. All of the things I hope you find true every time you flip through an issue of this publication.

You live in a community worth strolling, and "Stroll" will continue helping you celebrate that, just as Spotlight always did.

Please continue to support your sponsors! Your sponsors support so much more than Stroll St. Andrews Country Club & Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. They bring growth and innovation, support our local economies, communities, and neighborhoods, produce jobs, and promote entrepreneurship opportunities.

After a thorough evaluation, the local businesses you find inside your monthly publication have chosen to support our community. Should you ever need a product or service, please utilize each monthly index in the back of your Stroll issue as a resource.

We would love to share your story in an upcoming issue — think of us as Facebook in print, but for your neighbors! If you or someone you know in the community has a story to share, share it with us!

Do you have or volunteer your time to a nonprofit organization that you hold close to your heart? We would love to share more about it in an upcoming issue of Stroll.

N2publishing - Franchise & Publishing Company

N2 partners with affluent neighborhoods to publish free, private magazines written by and for the residents that live there. The majority of the articles and photos inside of the publication are submitted by our residents.

We partner with local businesses that are highly recommended, have excellent reputations, and provide quality services and products; the type of businesses we strive to refer to our residents via advertising or sponsorships. We also facilitate opportunities for our local sponsors to network with residents through social events and B2B networking events.

Locally, we publish in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, Stewart, Melbourne, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Davie, Coral Gables, Miami, Dania Beach, and Naples, and we are rapidly spreading nationally, community to community. N2 publishing prints our exclusive community newsletters in over 900 of the most affluent neighborhoods nationwide.

N2 publishing is very special to me. N2 has granted me the ability to build a career; in addition, it opened the opportunity for me to start my franchises. N2 has changed my life and made everything possible. If you are looking to find a career that brings you financial freedom without jeopardizing personal and family time, this may be a good fit for you too.
